Alveus

Folding drone

Folding drone Alveus designed for Military purpose use only. The main advantage of Folding drone Alveus for launch in the forest areas, it is compact, radio-operated mobile system. It can be assembled of 5 elements in situ in 10 minutes and make launch with special starting equipment. The launcher moves drone up to 200 m in 2 seconds (are possible to change). On the plane there is a large-format video camera 120 degree, with is sensitive for monitoring at night.

  • Packing dimensions Alveus 80 x 18 cm (together with launching device).
  • Radius of control of airplane up to 1km.
  • Flight altitude up to 500m.
  • Working time 50-80 minutes.
  • Video signal frequency 1.2 or 2.4 GHz.
  • Ability transportation small loads and dropping them.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) drone

New Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), mini-air balloone the Spy Alveus.

Designed for Military purpose use only and launch in the forest areas.

Mini-UAV - an autonomous, is simple to run with surveillance system comprising in mini-air balloon, carrying an EO payload and associated avionics to perform a short,  autonomous   mission  over  a pre-planned or user guided path. The Spy Alveus transmits real-time video with geo-location points to provide the surveillance and recce of an area of operation.

The micro UAV, as part of the technological evaluation of this concept, weighs only 700 grams. Nevertheless, it can operate on a 40 minute mission, at distances up to 3,000 meters from the launch point and can endure winds and gusts up to 25 knots.

This evolutionary process the air-frame, a designer implemented lessons learned from much larger systems, low-cost and lightweight elements to enhance the system, improve its reliability and usability, primarily by operators with the average soldier skills.

The innovative use of such apparatus corresponds to new requirements. It enables the launch of in confined spaces such as armored vehicles, windows or moving trucks. Once airborne the electrically powered is silent and virtually invisible as it rapidly climbs to its cruising altitude (commonly set to 200 meters above the surface). From this altitude the micro UAV can effectively collect intelligence 'over the hill', directly supporting low echelon users including battalions, companies and special operations forces. A major development in balancing the weight, endurance and performance of the system, resulting in sustaining a mission of 40 minutes, or alternative primary (non-rechargeable) power sources increasing endurance.

As an intelligence collection tool info, can generate a continuous set of images, 'stitched' together electronically to combine each of the individual high resolution frames into a mosaic covering a certain area of interest, movement axis or enemy disposition area.

Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)

Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)

This is the next big step in Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) for the infantry soldier. The UAS operational equipped with navigation and communication systems that make him an integral part of a wide array of systems that create the “big picture” but at the same time allows the lone soldier to affect the battlefield.

This system with weight 1-1.5 kg, which has a 3 hour endurance, a 10 km range and a max altitude of 500 meters, can carry various electro-optical payloads.

Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)

The system is carried in a small canister stowed in the personal gear of an infantry soldier. After mission completion, it no can be returned to the canister for further use, a soldier can carry a number of these hovering systems in his personal gear, together with a small control unit.

We considered a breakthrough in the use of UAS, the intention is to allow almost each fighting soldier to look “beyond the hill” and get the data on a small device for his immediate use.
